Production and test of Cemented carbide buttons:
1) Carbide Buttons would be prepared with the powder as each of our customer’s
requirements with our wet-grinding machine.
2) Before doing mass production, we do a trial pressing and
sintering. And after that, we will check the appearances and the
sizes of the samples with a micrometer to ensure the requirements
of the drawings can be met before batch production.
3) When doing the bulk production, we will press the raw materials
to sharpen blanks, and carbide buttons must be passed by
semifinished inspection.
4)After sintering blanks to finish (HIP), we will do the inspection
of the finished products to ensure the best quality and production
capacity.
