Production Description
The carbide tile is sintered by coarse-grained cemented carbide,
with properties of high hardness and good transverse-rupture
strength, as well as corrosion resistance, resistance to acid and
alkali, long service life. They are mainly classified as follows:
the cutting tips used by cold pavement milling-planing machine, the
cutting tips used by rotary digging machinery, the cutting tips
used by coal digging machine, the cutting tips used by roadway and
tunnel boring machine, the cutting tips used by trench excavator,
etc. They are widely used for crushing or milling rocks. Cutting
tips are tools for rock digging widely used in mining and
geotechnical engineering.

Application:
1, Used for armature, stator, LED lead frame, EI silicon steel
sheet and punching mould for hardware and standard parts.
2, Applied on heat-resistant parts, wear-resistance parts,

velocity ram machine.
